Under eye concealer erases dark circles and hides broken capillaries on the cheeks.
First and foremost, choose a concealer that is going to do its job. If you have dark circles, choosing a concealer with an orange or peach base helps to cut the purple undertones.
Always begin your routine with an undereye moisturizer to guarantee an even look and to help in concealing age-related imperfections. Using a little foundation, dab a little with your ring finger, in the inner eye area close to your nose and on the under eye crescent. Let dry.

Apply your concealer, in the same fashion right over the foundation. Always drag the concealer past the under-eye crescent to your cheekbone. Keep patting with your ring finger until the concealer is well blended. Let dry.

Here is the part that lots of people make a big mistake in, sealing your concealer with powder.

Pressed or Loose powder make the under-eye eye look dry, drawing attention to lines and wrinkles and all the other imperfections. Instead, use a powder set. This is a specific product to seal in your concealer without having the product seep into fine lines. Using a sable brush, dust powder set over your concealer.
