My book…
I learned right away I was going to be doing a lot of talking and listening. Clients vented their frustrations, purged their latest disasters, and dumped on me all the things that were going on in their lives. They trusted me. They told me things without fearing I’d spread gossip about them or judge them. The one thing that fascinated me the most was how a simple hairdo could make people confess their darkest secrets.
